Misun Jang, a fabric artist started quilt 1995 and mainly made quilt product for home use. After that, she connected Quilt with Korean symbols and image to Quilt, and she has been releasing artworks that connect quilt and fabric art since 2004. She had total 15 solo exhibition and 8 invited exhibition and has completed doctor’s degree at Hongik University in fabric art major. She has won various awards from many invited exhibitions and abundant working in both domestic and international field, and currently she is lecturing at lifetime culture art education center of Hongik University.
